So if the Muslim population is 2 million 140,000 either consider suicide attacks on civilians is okay, or just can't make up their mind and 280,000 think it's okay to attack the military of the country they live in , or once again cannot make up their mind.

Considering the two results together 100,000 think suicide attacks on civilians is okay and 240,000 think attacks on the military is okay, as long as it is not carried out by Al-Qaeda members
However this in no-way justifies attacks on Muslims
