Yeh, the Ashoura and Shahab 3 have the range, but I doubt they'd use them. Militarily speaking Iran is at a major disadvantage. The US could strike targets with impunity. Israel would have a tougher time, but they could cause a lot of damage comparable to the risk against themselves. Hizbullah isn't really a factor as they can't launch an offensive campaign (save Katyusha launches).

It would be dumb to hit Iran because there is really no reason too - the Revolution hasn't produced a bunch of trigger-happy psychos waiting to get it on with its enemies. If they want it to turn into that, dropping bombs on them would be a great way to expedite that result.
