Yes. Often it did. It served nicely to compliment the depression I was already going through because I had no other reasons to get up and would have been perfectly content to just stay in bed and starve to death.
This isn't sarcasm. When you're depressed, salah is a thankless chore seeing as how Allah never responded the way I really needed him to.
