I suppose it's also a waste of time telling you that perhaps you should try campaigning against laws in Iran where women have to give up their children to their first husband if they marry again but then i suppose you wouldn't care much about that.
plenty of women are violent, psychotic or on drugs. the last part the big reason why britney spears lost custody of her own children. But as to what you said about Iran, those laws are based on sharia, and virtually every muslim country, including secular countries, the father always get's custody of the children, because it is the father who provides for them. Even in India, which holds seperate Muslim Personal Laws, meaning Laws based on religiouis beliefs, the Muslim Personal Law Board will always grant custody to the father. and having poor character or not being 'nice' is certainly not grounds for denial of custody or visitation rights.

the fact of the matter is, that the sexist courts in the west are stacked against men. The sexist biased laws, are stacked against Men. How many men have gone to jail for killing thier kids or killing thier wives, only to be proven innocent thanks to DNA evidence? plenty. but the law says that if a wife or child is found dead, the law will automatically assume that the husband or father is the killer, even if he is innocent. you see under america's sexist laws, a male is guilty until proven innocent.
