Thanks for the article, it brings up some good points. I suppose it's a waste of time telling you it's not a feminist who takes children away from their father

Noone can replace a fathers place in a childs life and it's always important to let the children see him when they want to. However, if the husband/father is not a very nice person in regards to his character/physical violence then these laws can protect the wife and children from him.

I suppose it's also a waste of time telling you that perhaps you should try campaigning against laws in Iran where women have to give up their children to their first husband if they marry again but then i suppose you wouldn't care much about that.
