To address the OP: if it's your place and you were doing the guy a favour by letting him stay, then you obviously have the right to do whatever you want and withdraw that favour at any time. However, your reasons for doing so are utterly absurd.
I wonder how things would have fared for the Prophet's ummah had the King of Ethiopia, whom the Prophet sent many of his followers in Mecca to seek refuge with, decided that he didn't need to help anyone who wasn't Coptic.
If the guy is unpleasant to live with or inconsiderate it is one thing, but to have this discriminatory attitude against him just because he doesn't live his life the way you want him to be living it is...
