Swee-freaking-eet!
My mamoo has a collection of guns (legal though, compleate with licensing) and he polishes them every so often when no one is home. He's taught his wife to shoot, mother, and every single nephew (my cousins). I had to badger him to show me them, and after 2 months of whining he finally took me to the village and showed me them. They were quite the intimidating things.
I was awed by the size of them.
He would have taught me to shoot one of them, but it was in the middle of the night, and he said it would awaken the whole village and be a cause for alarm.
It seemed like a big deal to me to just have seen them, but I come from a family in which every male carries one (for protection, long story), some of my relatives even have armed gaurds at their doors, so its not really a big deal for anyone there.
