Hey, that's awesome. I'm aiming for the same. I think so far I've got like maybe 10 miles down in one go. The problem is that you can't run 10 miles on consecutive days, but you can't not train everyday. So you need a nice way to divide your mileage throughout the week and run the total number you're aiming for but not used to maybe once or twice in the entire week, spaced out nicely or you fear fatigue and all that good stuff.

Anyways, I'm scared too. I need to run a real 5k and 10k race though first. Just so I know what to expect...rather than just showing up to a half marathon like an idiot.

I heard in a lot of full marathons, ipods/headphones are not allowed. Is this true, do you know? And does it apply to half marathons?
