after like 3 weeks of eating junk, i thought of hitting the gym, truthfully i was bribed for a cup of moca.
i warmed up for 40 minutes on a treadmill eventhough i hate treadmills then i went n joined the kickboxing class (1 hour) which i hated it. i prefer pilates instead. anyhoo i learned this cool girly style sit ups where u dont need to lean forward half way as u would with sit ups. its super cool, ive tried it few times since then.
