of course you do. always spout the law in front of their faces. it scares them more than anything, because they try to advantage of you if you are ignorant of the law. the last thing they want is someone who knows the laws inside and out, especially you are not under arrested. most of the time you will not get arrested, even if they pull you out and make you spread em over the hood.
once an idoit cop trying to act tuff was bugging me because i didnt have my drivers license on me, i told him to check in his computer and see for himself. he knows all he had to do was do that and see for himself that i can produce a DL in court. So instead he just kept saying 'no you dont have it on you then you dont have one blah blah'. eventually we were released because he knows im right.
now let's say your driving around on a ticket. should you get pulled over, DONT EVER show that cop your ticket. as soon as you see those lights flashing behind you, pull your wallet out of your back pocket and throw it on the ground, in case he decides to make you step out and frisk you. if you get stopped while driving on a ticket, thats grounds for arrest right there. but here's the trick, its not in thier computer that you are on a ticket. all they have to do is confirm in thier computer that you do have a DL and no problem.
