Yea that's what I was referring to.
Same old stuff as always. Keep talking about the intended target country, about how they're all evil and disruptive and bellicose, etc etc. and eventually get the masses caught up in your swarm of lies so no one will object when you go invade another country, commit more terrorism, kill innocents, blah blah blah.
