mm i love soups.

Today I made a quik style tajeen ish - in a frying pan. Potatoes, bell pepper, aubergine and courgette and chopped tomoatoes (with all the usual spices- cumin, coriander, chilli peppers, all spice, salt, pepper) and some lemon

it was fun. But i think i made it too spicy.
