In my manual as well as right above the gas tank specifies the gas that is required for my vtec engined car. And I wasn't aware that 97 civics required premium gas?

Either way, I'm not willing to risk my car, that I busted my ass to purchase, to save a couple dollars in gas. It's not worth it to me.

shadha-
yea mine is 96 Integra GSR and even if it wasn't supercharged, it needs like 93 i think...the highest we have here is 91

I used to smog cars, and when bmw's and mercedes would come to in to get smogged and then fail, I always would ask if they were using premium...they would then say no, mostly. If they were close to passing I would tell them to refill with premium, drive for a bit and come back, like 90 percent of the time that did the trick.
