This is all for my dad and since i am the one whos in charge of cooking in the house I need recipes for that--> dinner recipes.

So far all i have is baked chicken breast and chicken soup

he cant have rice either. Just bread.
You know... I'd like to be able to help... but I can't. I too am in search of a low sodium diet. I just decided one day to see how difficult it was to keep my sodium under the recommended daily intake, and it turns out it's damn near impossible, unless all you eat is salad. (without salad dressing). I don't even need to watch my sodium, but it's become this personal vendetta against widely available food I have.

If I find any good website with recipes I'll be sure to put them up.
