I am about to go down and do a full on work out  , I'm almost fully back in the swing of things. I found if I do wide grip pushups, I avoid this annoying elbow pop that happened in the last month or two.

I'm not gonna look like Popeye. I just wanna be fit.
And I'm not getting exhausted at 12, but a little tired at 20. Or 15 for tricep curls actually.
And it is pretty light, 'cause I'm not lifting that much weight anyway. Not right now, at least. I'm trying to work my way up to 20 pounds.
I think I'll stick to everyday for now, knowing that at some point, I'm gonna slip and end up taking a day or two off. I think I'll know when it's too much for my muscles to handle.
