On your wrist curls? If you do them light you can do them every day, but I still think it's best every second... but you'd have to ask a trainer/doctor. I am about to go down and do a full on work out , I'm almost fully back in the swing of things. I found if I do wide grip pushups, I avoid this annoying elbow pop that happened in the last month or two.
