Don't put your bras in the dryer!!!! It'll ruin them faster, especially the purty ones. Wash them on the gentle cycle in the washer (or hand wash them), then air dry them. Make sure you fasten the back when you machine wash them. One thing I've noticed is that VS bras quality are going down the drain. One was an angel demi as well and within a few months, the strap broke off. It shouldn't happen so fast

As far as the weight gain in marriage goes, there's really not much excuse for it. Maybe it has more to do with aging than marriage, but I am happy to say that I've maintained my weight exactly to what it was before I got married. I'm not on a strict diet, but I do try to watch what I eat. If I had McDonald's for lunch, then it'll only be a salad for dinner. If I have a piece of pie as a snack, I won't have bread in my lunch. I kind of bargain like that.
