Default Re: urdu jokes....

I am sorry peoples in order to understand this joke you should know some urdu!

A friend of mine is notorious for speaking wrong english in way on one can prove him wrong. I once teased him to translate this urdu sentence.

" Saddar Bazaar mein goliyan chal rahi hein" (There is an incident of continued firing in the Saddar Bazaar).
He replied " The tablets are walking in the President Bazaar"

I get a bit angry and asked him to translate_
"Larki neechey khari hai" (The girl is downstairs etc)
He said "miss under standing" voiced as misunderstanding.

I was annoyed and asked him a sentence which I thought he would be unable to translate like that "Kaam hogiya and hota hi chala giya" (The work was done and was being repeated)
He delivered a checkmate " The work was done and don dona don don dona don don dona don don"
I grabbed my head in both my hands but took tea twice that afternoon
