No it isn't, and that's exactly my point. This Chavez character doesn't have a whole lot of bad PR. He's adamant that his country remain free of our own imperialist ways and seems to really care about his people. But my point is that despite those qualities, he still cancelled the results of an election because he didn't accept his peoples' desire to see him step down.
