Chotoo, What kind of job do youy have?! If it's an office try taking stairs instead of elavots. Even if you work on the 10000th floor. Try to walk up as many as you can than take the elavator. If thats not an option try doing leg crunches under your desk. If you do not have an office job and your on a sales floor like I am. Walk around the floor, putting away go back. If you drink tea try not to put ANY sugar in it. Replace water for all your daytime drinks. And don't eat any "food" other than fruit and chocolate after 9pm.
I need to lose 20lbs. Like now. But the root beer in the fridge is calling.
