I need to lose more weight, but find it impossible to stick to my regular weight loss diet due to my horrid schedule. Where do you fit exercise into this schedule? I'm supposed to swim, but how to do that when the only day of the week I can make it to the pool is Sunday, and heaven knows I have 10^9 things to do on Sundays other than swim (not to mention it's not a girls only pool).
Too many things to do and not enough time. I can't believe the semester is more than half over.
