eating lots of fruits and veggies and some reduced-sugar, reduced fat stuff...
walking a mile almost every night and 15 minutes on the gazelle few times a week.
and fasting every once in a while. i figured since i don't eat much during the day anyway...
i don't seem to have lost much weight (thank God!) but my clothes feel roomier.

i really wanted some fat for winter to keep me warm but i got a fan-heater instead so i guess i should be happy... alhumdulillah.
