I think the phrase they would use, would be "postpone it indefinetly" incase of a "National Emergency". But, since most of the presidential candidates are already owned by MIC, Zionist, Neo-con interests, it really wouldn't be necessary, unless the few who aren't (Ron Paul, Mike Gravel), manage to make it past the primaries.
