Ok Sally, mashaAllah since you're an expert at all this excericising thingy. I want to ask you when/how should I increase the "weight"? especially for my legs, i use 70lbs? shud I push myself with the 75(which I can do alrightly...) or jump to 80 lbs, suck up the pressure and get use to it while my muscles develop?
