I bring the weight back down in
front of my feet?
Thanks for the info. I don't have a bench though, all I have is my mat on the floor. And I don't have anything that I can easily put my feet under to hold my feet down. Do i have to keep my feet down in all versions?
I hear what your saying about your back... this is why I wanna get it right, I don't want to re-hurt my lower back doing this. And I also get the whole closing your eyes thing... I actually am finding that I don't even like to use music when I'm doing certain exercises, when it starts to burn, all I'm thinking about is how many I've done and my goal... the music just kind of fades out anyway.
