you dont have to drink milk; the majority of people are lactose-intolerant anyway after the age of 4 (when most humans stop being breast-fed). broccoli, beans, tofu made with calcium, kale, figs, and almonds are all rich in calcium. or try vanilla soymilk fortified with calcium. either way, good luck
