Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairwoman, former prime minister and opposition leader Benazir Bhutto holds a press conference 19 October 2007 in Karachi. Hours after Benazir returned from eight years in exile at least 130 people were killed and hundreds more injured in bomb attacks October 18. Thousands of supporters and onlookers gathered on the route she was to take from the airport into the center of the city. Bhutto condemned the attacks on democracy.
