Red face

I tried:

- Red Onion and Rosemary crackers, sold in the cheese area- not bad but the basil ones are better. the price is scary though.

- Roasted Vegetable Hummus- not bad but not great, homemade tastes so much better, this was kinda bland, missing flavor. I added some salt, paprika, and cumin powder but it still wasn't right.

and I discovered that in the cheese aisle they have a basket where they sell little samples of different cheeses, for $1-2 a piece, so I tried:

- fontina- soft and tastes kinda like mozzarella, didnt like it much
- aged gouda- the dark yellow one, tasted like a salty parmesan, I liked the Holland gouda better, this was too strong. It's good for grating though, I had some on spaghetti.
