its obvious that the non-muslims would get pissed about this. but they dont have the right too. all over the US holidays are given for easter, christmas, etc disguised under the name of "spring and winter vacation" we all know its not spring and winter vacation. and now when people want a few days off for ramadan, where kids actually do get tired and arent able to function (lack of better word) properly due to fasting, they get all mad about it? i mean, whats the use of giving a three week vacation, when christmas is only a day (arguably two days) long? and they cant take a week out of that vacation and give a week to the muslim students who are fasting, and actually need it? thats bs.

lol hey you gotta suck it in, i mean i did! i went to gym class and everything while fasting on roza when i was in high school!
and yes the land im talking about is the MEC school in morton grove. the land is owned by the school, which is owned by MCC. back in 1989 when mcc first bought the school there was a big fight over that as well. they wouldnt stand that a islamic school was to be made over there.
