Default Re: Bush Abolishes Fourth Amendment

This summer, I had an intro to courts class, where we discussed the fourth amendment. For Bush to just get rid of it is just awful, While I think there are certainly instances where it should be overlooked, (like when someone blatently has illegal items that may harm people) the fact of the matter is that it is a right given to us over 200 years ago. For Bush to accuse people of this is kinda like the whole McCarthy thing with the communists.
