Default Re: Eid Customs - So, what do you do/are you doing for Eid this year?

In a nutshell:

Wake up mega-early, make the first jamat, pray, come home and my mom gives us all hugs [because she's cute like that], we eat the breakfast she preps [which is usually awesome], and then its either

1.Go to people's houses that live within an hour of us, come home, Eidie time, prep for guests, and have a dinner party.

2. Go to New Jersey, where we have family friends, and feel our insides burst from laughing all day and night.

or 3. New York, to family.

This year, its Number 1.
