So today I made cheese and broccili risotto. I've never had risotto before. It came in a box from Whole Foods, I just added water and milk. It was creamy when I made it, but I had to reheat it to eat it after iftar time, and it got clumpy. And the cheese sauce had a sharp flavor. I'll have to try to fresh someday. Basically it was like Italian cheesy khichree.
