I don't think it's anything to do with us whether people in third world countries are reproducing. The reason they're in this mess is probably because of the us anyway. And thinking about it...it's the government that's decided to make us /you pay taxes so if you feel there are (actual) bums living off the state, blame them for distributing it to them. You're going to have to pay tax whatever anyway, so I'm glad there's a system with which to assist people!
Towards the end of time there will be no one to receive our charity, so i guess e should utilise that blessing?
