Re: Why Have Kids?
Since when was there ever any explicit or implicit belief or widely-held opinion that people on welfare shouldn't have anymore kids until they're off welfare?
What if one of those kids grows up to not only pull his house outta welfare, but to help out the community and countless others? What if that kid grows up to be someone good for the world?
