Don't say anything to her directly, talk to yourself as if it were a soliloquy to pry the information you require as in this following example.
Him- 'I wonder if she has a name, i must know if she does'
Her- 'I wonder if he knows my name is Zangula'
As long as you keep references to each other in third person you will technically not be talking to each other thus not commiting sin. Similar rules apply to interactions on instant messaging applications.
