I think the best way to tell what tea tastes good is by trying it without sugar. I've tried to many tea brands, and I think the best Earl Grey is the loose powder one that comes in
Ahmad Tea. I don't know if they sell it North America, but I've seen it in some shops in London (Edgware Rd.). You can add milk to Earl Grey, but then you'll have to brew the loose powder first, add the milk next and then bring it to boil.
I recently tried Rose Petal tea, and it wasn't very bad. My favourite is authentic Moroccan tea.
