SERIOUSLY? they pull this **** EVERY year. you would think that eventually they would grow a brain and realize how incompetent they are and set aside rooms to clean up their mistakes OR let the hotels take care of booking the rooms since clearly isna has no idea what they are doing... year after year after year.
i have 2 spots in our room in the hampton inn. holler if you need.
