It wasn't funny but it was cute.
Whenever we complain about something to my mom (like her actually making us get our lazy butts up to do stuff), she says she's raising children and not lambs. 'Cause, you know, you can spoil and pamper your pets but not your kids.
It sounds funnier in Punjabi. I always laugh at the lamb reference. When I think of spoiled pets, I think of cats. *shrug* Guess it's a desi thing.
