I don't know how people get so broke; I've been independent for like 2 years now, been on 2 month long holidays to exotic places not package holiday crap- gone over my budget in both and still never had to worry, alhamdulillah. And I'm not even cheap.
It's not like my parents are rich either and most of my little brothers games consoles, clothes, computers etc were courtesy of his awesome elder brother.
I think there is some wisdom in being selfless with money, people seem to go broke when they're being cheap trying to care about their own needs and wants but when you spend on others Allah makes up the shortfall probably.
Alhamdulillah i got a job now as well so going broke isn't on the horizon inshallah.
Brothers especially- don't be a broke ass cheap guy, which wife/family is going to be content with that? Watch Dragon's den or the Apprentice then maybe you'll be more positive thinking and not be broke.
