another question about makeup brushes
i want to get an eyeshadow brush, but the brushes always seem to come in sets. where can i get an inexpensive brush (<$10) that works well? or do you generally sacrifice quality for affordability?
and also, what kind is best for applying eyeshadow? angled and sort of stiff-bristled, i'm guessing?
