As usual the judge cleared 4 out of 5 crimes commited. I just read this in the newspaper. I don't get surprised if they let him go free. Nowadays the excuse is 'I got orders and I had to obey them'. If the order is war crime the soldiers are not supposed to obey them/
The justice system is pathetic here.
