One time I went to a family friend's engagement party and all the girls there were already married or engaged (and we were all like 16). And one of their mothers asked me if I'm married and I was like "
No" and then she was like "Engaged?" and I was like "No." And you could tell that she thought I very well should be engaged.
I thought that was odd.
