If you don't have dandruff, then I think it'd be bad for you. I don't have dandruff, and I used Head & Shoulders for a while a long time back (probably because it was marketed to men) and it actually caused my scalp to itch majorly. Of course, I used it every single day, and you're only supposed to use dandruff shampoo like every other day (don't know if that applies to H&S or Selsun Blue necessarily).
