haha i used a fork initially, then my hands once it cooled off more to crumble. ive only made it once. and yeah thats the kind of frosting i used, but fooz is right, it came out extremely sweet. so trying her suggestion of cream cheese instead of frosting seems like a much better idea imo. also i think either her or farah have an album on facebook that chronicles the steps of one of their cakeball making sleepovers if you need a visual
