Default Re: The Art of Cooking

i have a round roast hanging out in the oven and i'm kinda clueless about how it's going to turn out. i seared it stovetop first and then stuck in in a 250 oven...indefinitely. has anyone done roasts before and wanna tell me what to expect? oh and i put it on a bed of onions. thanks!

i haven't really grown up on salads so it's kinda a newish thing for me. i really want to try my hand (eventually) at caesar dressing though- anchovies and all. have you ever made it and is it good?
