i have a round roast hanging out in the oven and i'm kinda clueless about how it's going to turn out. i seared it stovetop first and then stuck in in a 250 oven...indefinitely.

has anyone done roasts before and wanna tell me what to expect? oh and i put it on a bed of onions. thanks!
