Five Indian workers killed in UAE

Dubai, July 30:
Five Indian workers were killed and 15 sustained injuries when a mini bus they were travelling in collided with a trailer in Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The accident occurred Sunday when the men were on their way to work, the Khaleej Times reported. They were all employed with the Shaharco Contracting Company.

The dead were identified as K. Ajith, 37, Manikandan, 30, M. Thomas, 45, all from Kerala, Ranga Raj Perumal, 25, from Tamil Nadu and Prakash Ram, 50, from Punjab.

The condition of four of the 15 injured was reported to be critical.
