Also, I am aware not every Muslimah wears a hijab but that does not change the fact that it is fard does it? I'm not trying to pass any judgment on non-hijabis, what I want to say is that us Muslimahs can figure this out and deal with it by ourselves and amongst ourselves. I think Muslim men should spend more time on Muslim men's issues such as "how to control your temper" and "the problem of domestic abuse in Muslim homes"

No, I said its a moot issue because other women commented about this subject/thread, including as you say bluey. Its really interesting how you'd liken a ghusl and periods to hijab/modesty.
Its also interesting that you've segregated a religion with gender specifics. Next time I look at the Quran, I'll be sure to turn to the men only section.
