So, next week they have a custody hearing. Despite the fact that she has lied to police (and it's documented) that CPS told her they won't listen to her allegations anymore, and that they dropped the investigation against him, she still won't let him see the daughter, and her lawyer is insisting on supervised custody only. The husband feels like if he accepts supervised custody, he's basically accepting guilt for something he didn't do.
He's really depressed, and is worried that the judge will not listen to him a bit, and only give him supervised custody in spite of everything.
Please make dua for him. This is the hight of injustice that when he's been shown to be innocent of all alegations, they would still ty to take his daughter away.
