omg. i remembered the most bizarre story from my childhood while talking to someone about it.
so i was in first grade...we attended this private all girls, british, zoroastrian school in pakistan....and so we had a few zoroastrian girls in every class along with a bunch of muslims
so like one day, for a couple periods we didnt have our teacher come in so for some reason we had a sub who just let us do whatever we want...and i remember i was sitting in the wayy back row talking to 2 girls, one muslim and one zoroastrian. and then SOMEHOW, we end up MAKING THE ZOROASTRIAN GIRL READ THE KALIMAH AFTER US. like we were converting her...wow it sounds hilarious in retrospect..
we just told her to repeat what we were saying.. i cant remember whos idea it was..i think the other muslim chicks..but man..i cant believe we did that..the girl kept asking what language it was and we were like, just repeat what we're saying ahhaah
anyway recently i got in touch with the same girl again on facebook after years... i was thinking i should remind her that we converted her
