They met with the judge today, and nothing happened. The judge was "concerned" that the woman isn't allowing visitation. THey didn't do ANYTHING at all! No emergency custody, not even a note on the visitiation.
What kind of justice is this? He did nothing wrong, so why is she allowed to cause psychological trauma to her own daughter by not letting her see her father?
Any legal people with advice would be appreciated.
